Innovaly was founded on a simple belief: exceptional engineers are not defined by their alma mater. The credential matters — but what you’ve built matters more. We apply the same rigorous multi-stage technical assessment to every engineer in our network, regardless of where they studied.
Our network spans engineers from top-ranked programs across the US and Europe, alongside exceptional builders from other backgrounds who cleared the same bar — because our commitment is to quality of output, not prestige of institution.
What unites the Innovaly network is not a school name, but a shared standard: ship clean code, own your work, and hold yourself accountable to the client. Every engagement is senior-level. No juniors, no hand-offs, no account managers between you and the code.
Every engineer in the Innovaly network passes the same rigorous process — regardless of background. The vetting is the credential.
Stage 1
Portfolio, prior work, and references reviewed. We look for real products shipped at real scale — not just impressive CVs.
Stage 2
Multi-stage evaluation covering system design, code review, and architecture decision-making under real-world constraints.
Stage 3
New network members start on a supervised engagement. Quality gates apply. Permanent roster status is earned, not given.
