Stack & Process
No legacy frameworks. No shortcut architectures. We use the same tools and standards that power the best-funded startups in Silicon Valley — because our clients are building to join them.
Every engagement runs through this process. It’s rigorous enough to produce quality code, lean enough to ship at startup speed.
Week 1
We start with your business model, not your wireframes. We map user journeys, competitive landscape, technical constraints, and define what “done” looks like for investors. Output: Product requirements doc + architecture brief.
Week 1–2
System design, data models, API contracts, and high-fidelity screen designs. All decisions documented for future engineering hires. Output: Technical spec, component library, and design system.
Weeks 2–6
Your dedicated squad ships in weekly sprints. You have full codebase access and daily asynchronous updates. Weekly demo calls are mandatory — not optional. Output: Deployable, tested product with CI/CD pipeline.
Week 6–7
End-to-end testing, load testing, security scanning, and performance optimization. We fix before launch — not after. Output: Test coverage report, security audit summary, and performance benchmarks.
Week 7–8
Staged rollout with monitoring, alerting, and rollback capability. We stay on call for the first 72 hours. Output: Live product, runbook, and incident response playbook.
Ongoing
Post-launch we can embed for continuous development, scale the team as you hire, or hand off cleanly to your internal team. Output: Whatever your roadmap demands next.
We stay current because investors and technical co-founders ask. Every technology we use is production-proven and used at companies like Stripe, Linear, and Vercel.
Most startups scramble to clean up their codebase before a fundraise. Our clients don’t. We build with diligence in mind from the first commit.
Every codebase we deliver includes the things that sophisticated technical investors look for — and that your future engineering hires will thank you for.
